What Our Guarantees Cover
Perfect Fit Assurance
After your final fitting, if any minor adjustments are needed within 7 days of pickup, we'll re-alter them free of charge. This applies to dresses ordered to your custom measurements or standard sizes with our compliment
Material Integrity
We guarantee all fabrics and embellishments are free from manufacturing defects for up to 12 months post-purchase. Should a seam unravel or a bead come loose under normal wear, we'll repair it promptly.
Timely Delivery
For orders placed at least 8 months in advance, we guarantee your dress will be ready for its first fitting 4 weeks before your wedding date. If we miss this deadline, your final alteration costs will be waived.
Transparent Communication
You'll receive progress updates via email or text at each key stage: design finalization, fabric arrival, and first fitting scheduling. No guessing games, just clear communication.
